Welcoming 2008
The holidays have passed but I’m still holding on to the season. No matter how early we begin celebrating in November, it’s sad to see all the holiday decorations slowly disappear from the stores and restaurants I frequent.
The past few weeks have been filled with lots of downtown dwelling and gatherings at the loft. It’s been great having little to do and lots of time to relax and reflect. We recently acquired a stray puppy and taking care of the dog has quickly become my Christmas break project.
I’ll attempt to update this blog more this year with my life happenings and also discuss some of the developments on the Drury campus and within the Springfield community. Here’s to a great 2008!
